For our client Diehl Aviation Gilching GmbH, we are looking for an Assembly Worker at the Dresden site. In a highly specialized environment, you will take on the assembly and testing of electronic devices and components – where every single part matters.

Responsibilities
- Assembly of devices using various joining techniques such as gluing and screwing, based on technical drawings and parts lists
- PCB assembly with THT and SMD components
- Perform functional testing of completed devices
- Ensure quality assurance through electronic and functional final inspections
- Documentation of work results and test protocols
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession (e.g., electronics technician, industrial mechanic) or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in the assembly of components
- Craftsmanship skills and experience in reading technical drawings
- General PC skills
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
