Responsibilities
- Component Preparation: Set up and dismantle components for manufacturing
- Material Flow: Load carriers according to priority and heat treatment program
- Quality Inspection: Check components for correctness and completeness
- Surface Treatment: Degrease components and prepare them for the next manufacturing step
- Documentation: Record work steps and process stages comprehensively
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade or comparable qualification (e.g., master craftsman/technician)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience in aircraft construction is an advantage
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and overtime
- Teamwork skills, structured work approach, and quick comprehension
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
