Responsibilities


  • Component Preparation: Set up and dismantle components for manufacturing
  • Material Flow: Load carriers according to priority and heat treatment program
  • Quality Inspection: Check components for correctness and completeness
  • Surface Treatment: Degrease components and prepare them for the next manufacturing step
  • Documentation: Record work steps and process stages comprehensively


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade or comparable qualification (e.g., master craftsman/technician)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in aircraft construction is an advantage
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and overtime
  • Teamwork skills, structured work approach, and quick comprehension
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
