At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will work as a Production Worker Assembly & Cable Protection directly at the interface between manufacturing and quality assurance. You ensure the cleanliness and protection of cable systems in helicopter cells and prepare the aircraft for the next production stations.

Responsibilities
- Cable protection of wire bundles in helicopter cells using specialized protection systems
- Handling of the cable protection system: installation, removal after inspection, sorting, and storage
- Cleaning of the helicopter cell to prepare it for further manufacturing processes
- Foreign Object Check for quality control and prevention of foreign particles
- Document review for completeness and correctness of protocols
- Handover of the helicopter to the next station, for example electrical installation
- Preparation of the helicopter for handover to final assembly line (FAL) or shipment
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, ideally in manufacturing or production
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience with cable protection systems and cleaning processes in aerospace manufacturing
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Basic English skills (at least A2)
- Strong teamwork skills and high motivation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
