Tasks
- Development and modification of cabin interior components in accordance with EASA 21J specifications
- Creation and review of manufacturing documentation, installation documents, and certification records
- Support during component manufacturing and installation
- Project responsibility, including analysis of opportunities and risks
- Development of design solutions with a focus on time, cost, and quality
- Definition and development of test setups
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering (focus on design) or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in the development and integration of aircraft cabin components (e.g., lavatories, galleys, furniture, etc.)
- Experience in the preparation of verification documents in accordance with EASA 21J
- Good knowledge of aviation law
- Very good IT and CAD skills
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience with signatory authorizations within a design organization desirable
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
