Tasks

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing through to contract selection, in close alignment with hiring managers
  • Advising hiring managers and HR business partners on role profiles, recruiting strategies and market trends, including the facilitation of workshops
  • Defining suitable sourcing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, networks), including active sourcing and maintaining the talent pool
  • Creating attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job advertisements
  • Running the selection process: screening, assessments, interviews as well as shortlist and hiring decisions
  • Ensuring a professional candidate experience through transparent feedback throughout the entire process
  • Representing the employer at career fairs and in communities to strengthen employer branding
  • Planning and delivering talent acquisition projects to optimize recruiting processes and achieve KPIs

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Extensive experience in project management
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition / recruiting or in the context of employment-related activities
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills required; ideally also knowledge of Workday and Google Workspace
  • Business-fluent German and English (min. C1)
  • Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
