Responsibilities


  • Data analysis and consolidation to create a reliable material forecast
  • Supplier forecasting: Summarizing and evaluating forecast data for assigned suppliers
  • Supplier coordination: Aligning forecast data with suppliers and tracking agreed actions
  • KPI development: Developing and analyzing suitable Key Performance Indicators
  • Process optimization: Implementing improvement initiatives within the supply chain
  • Stakeholder management: Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management and supply chain
  • Experience in an aerospace environment, ideally at Airbus, is advantageous
  • Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of project management and good knowledge of process management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • CV in English language required
  • Independent working style, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
