Responsibilities
- Data analysis and consolidation to create a reliable material forecast
- Supplier forecasting: Summarizing and evaluating forecast data for assigned suppliers
- Supplier coordination: Aligning forecast data with suppliers and tracking agreed actions
- KPI development: Developing and analyzing suitable Key Performance Indicators
- Process optimization: Implementing improvement initiatives within the supply chain
- Stakeholder management: Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management and supply chain
- Experience in an aerospace environment, ideally at Airbus, is advantageous
- Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of project management and good knowledge of process management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- CV in English language required
- Independent working style, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
