Tasks
- Supporting a defined area of personnel administration and payroll accounting, including remuneration-related and, in some cases, time management issues
- Implementing personnel measures such as hirings, transfers, contract changes, and resignations
- Setting up and maintaining master data, time management data, and remuneration data
- Creating documents within defined administrative processes, including structured filing
- Supporting payroll accounting, including special transactions, data verification, payroll control, error analysis, and correction
- Processing subject-specific issues, correspondence, and creating certificates
- Advising employees, HR business partners, and managers on legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations (payroll, administration, time management)
- Collaboration on projects, special topics, and general administrative support
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk and in human resources administration
- Experience in payroll accounting desirable
- Good knowledge of tax and social security law essential
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with a payroll system desirable
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
