Responsibilities


  • Document registration for internal and external distribution according to defined processes
  • Interface management with reprographic suppliers and coordination of internal and external distribution
  • Incoming documentation related to the project, including registration and distribution
  • Archiving of all project-related documentation
  • Inventory management and monitoring of validity/amendment status in the archive and issued copies
  • Procurement of documents from domestic and foreign partners


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience in customer service or as a technical administrative clerk
  • Practical experience in the areas of processes and procedures, regulatory bodies/archives and their implementation based on good technical understanding
  • Proficient use of MS Office and knowledge in handling and using IT tools, especially databases for documentation and archiving systems as well as Adobe Standard
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Customer orientation, teamwork skills, and an independent, reliable working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
