For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a IT Performance & Reporting Manager at the Ulm site. In the Value Management department, you will be responsible for developing strategic planning and governance processes to steer the IT organization through clear metrics and analyses.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Global Reporting: Maintain and develop global key performance indicator reports to ensure consistent data governance and transparency
- Analytics & Dashboards: Create and continuously develop IT dashboards and reports as a basis for decision-making
- Performance Analysis: Prepare operational and service performance reports, including variance analysis and root cause analysis
- Data Quality: Manage and conduct data quality checks and approval processes for reporting landscapes
- Governance Support: Support IT governance activities, particularly in maintaining service structures
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge articles
- Task Management: Process and track progress maker tasks
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in performance management and reporting
- Experience with data analysis tools and enterprise platforms
- Proficient handling of ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerBI, LeanIX and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, assertiveness as well as structured and analytical way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
