Tasks
- Preparation of electrical components according to specifications, including reading schematics, setting up, and configuring the workstation
- Installation of electrical components and parts, such as cable harnesses, brackets, circuit boards, or instrument panels
- Assembling, soldering, torquing, and securing electrical connections in accordance with technical requirements
- Performing tests and inspections, including grounding checks, troubleshooting, and fault correction
- Documenting completed work and reporting relevant discrepancies
- Adapting electronic components to the specific aircraft structure
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, aircraft electronics technician, or in a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in electronics / electrical engineering, manufacturing / production, and maintenance
- German language skills at a business fluent level (min. C1) and basic knowledge of English (min. A2)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently, responsibly, and with sustained focus over longer periods
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not sufficient) is mandatory
