Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Balance commercial requirements with the overall capacities of production, engineering, procurement, and transport
- Program Planning: Establish or upgrade the integrated programme planning concept after scenario assessment and give the go-ahead for publication
- Program Publication: Publish and cascade the agreed integrated production programme (Baseline)
- Planning Control: Monitor and control adherence to the planning outputs of the integrated programme
- Team Collaboration: Work closely within the A320 Short-Term Planning FAL & Customer Line Balancing team
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (at least Technician/Technical Manager qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, or production planning and control
- Experience in project management is an advantage; Airbus experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of project management; basic knowledge of civil aviation documentation (CA)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Flexibility for possible extended shifts (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) required
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style; strong communication and persuasion skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
