For our client ArianeGroup GmbH, we are looking for a Aerospace Mass Production Engineer at the Munich / Taufkirchen site. You will accompany space products from the initial designs to series production and bring your manufacturing expertise directly into the development process – for a design that is manufacturable, cost-efficient, and testable.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.09.2027. Responsibilities
- Product development of space components from concept to series production as a production engineer
- Design for manufacturability to ensure cost-efficient, cleanable, and testable products and identify issues early
- Manufacturing processes definition and selection of suitable methods in coordination with manufacturing managers
- Tooling development for production support and qualification of manufacturing processes
- Documentation such as Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Bill of Processes, and control plans creation and updates
- Cost analysis for manufacturing processes and definition of cost reduction measures
- Process stability ensured through methods like statistical process control or Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
- Quality notifications handling and continuous improvement of local processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, mechanic, or mechatronics technician with at least a master craftsman or business management qualification OR a comparable Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Many years of experience in manufacturing and production, as well as professional experience in the industrialization of products and processes
- Knowledge of quality standards and their application
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of collaboration tools; experience with PLM/Teamcenter is desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Team and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
