Tasks

  • Control, monitoring and management of internal repair orders in the civil and military sectors
  • Timely and high-quality processing of customer orders and deliveries
  • Proactive communication with customers about the processing status of open orders
  • Transmission of relevant customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordination with internal interfaces
  • Management of spare parts inventories as part of the repair processes
  • Organisation of component shipments to the logistics platform or directly to the customer

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training (e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic or industrial clerk) with further training as a technician or business economist and additional specialist qualifications
  • Many years of professional experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in product development, quality assurance, supply chain/logistics and maintenance/servicing
  • Several years of experience in project management in an international corporate environment
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP, as well as good knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
