Tasks

  • Grinding and deburring of aircraft components in compliance with the highest quality standards
  • Trimming of milling contours using band saws and trimming machines
  • Drilling with templates according totechnical drawings
  • Smoothing of transitions and tool marks on components
  • Confident interpretation of technical drawings and execution of machining tasks
  • Operation of modern vibratory deburring systems
  • Performing inspection tasks and documenting the workflow
  • Supporting the optimization of work processes

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, metalworker, or in another metalworking profession
  • Extensive professional experience in metal processing, particularly in manufacturing and production
  • Proven experience in working with machine tools and interpreting technical drawings
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level)
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with an independent and structured working style
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
