At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Aircraft Delivery Coordinator, centrally coordinating all COS activities (Condition of Supply) and FAL inflow. In close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, you ensure a smooth process from the anticipation phase to final implementation on the aircraft.

Responsibilities


  • Anticipation phase: Support definition teams and evaluate the maturity of customization definitions
  • Risk management: Evaluate industrial risks from customization requests and coordinate necessary mitigation actions
  • Process coordination: Initiate fit checks, DMU reviews, and installation trials to mitigate risks
  • Schedule management: Coordinate delivery dates for late customization elements and associated outstanding work
  • Corrective actions: Steer corrective actions in close coordination with dedicated departments
  • Contract presentation: Prepare and present new versions or contracts to FAL management, highlighting specificities
  • Production phase: Follow end-to-end processes until implementation on the aircraft to secure the industrial plan
  • Certification support: Support the certification process by organizing various inspections


Qualifications

  • Completed training as a technician or business administrator in aerospace, or a technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing engineering, and stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of process management
  • Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shift)
  • Analytical mindset, independent working style, and strong communication skills
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
