Tasks

  • Installation of electrical components (e.g. LRUs) including cable routing and connector assembly in VIP aircraft cabins
  • Modification and functional testing of high-end cabin electronics
  • Accurate work in accordance with the high standards of VIP customers and applicable processes
  • Close coordination with planners, engineers and supervisors on technical decisions
  • Processing of components either onboard the aircraft or in the workshop – also in interdisciplinary teams
  • Participation in internal qualification measures for further development and quality assurance

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician or a comparable qualification in electrical engineering
  • Experience in the production or maintenance of aircraft cabin electronics is desirable
  • Knowledge of CAT A theory is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency in using IT systems
  • Good German language skills (minimum B2) and advanced English skills (minimum A2, ideally B1)
  • Willingness to participate in job-related training and to work in a two-shift system
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
