The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 44,560 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repair of the Tornado weapons system according to workbooks and electronic documentation
- Modifications and Retrofits: Install upgrades and rectify defects professionally
- Disassembly and Reassembly of aircraft equipment parts and components independently
- Inspections, Adjustments, and Functional Tests with corresponding documentation
- On-Call Support for operational requirements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder, or comparable training in mechanical engineering
- Many years of professional experience in production as well as in the maintenance and servicing of aircraft
- Experience with the Tornado weapons system is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience using OPAL
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient technical English
- Willingness to work in shifts (predominantly early shift)
- Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
