Responsibilities


  • Maintenance Execution: Independently perform regular and unscheduled maintenance on the NH90 weapons system
  • Assembly and Disassembly: Integrate components, assemblies, and parts using aircraft-specific procedures
  • Fault Diagnosis: Perform systematic troubleshooting and fault rectification on the helicopter
  • Quality Control: Execute first-level quality inspections according to defined standards
  • Work Planning: Process maintenance plans and plan/execute individual work steps using specific assembly procedures
  • Tool Usage: Use manual tools, machines, and test equipment safely and appropriately
  • Inspection: Perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of aircraft components


Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a helicopter mechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical profession
  • Several years of professional experience in mechanics, preferably in aviation
  • Several years of experience in maintenance on the NH90 weapons system is desirable
  • Knowledge of the Bundeswehr SASPF system and the IETD maintenance manual is advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and solid English skills for working with technical documentation
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
  • Reliable and quality-conscious work ethic, teamwork skills, and temporal flexibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
