Responsibilities
- Maintenance Execution: Independently perform regular and unscheduled maintenance on the NH90 weapons system
- Assembly and Disassembly: Integrate components, assemblies, and parts using aircraft-specific procedures
- Fault Diagnosis: Perform systematic troubleshooting and fault rectification on the helicopter
- Quality Control: Execute first-level quality inspections according to defined standards
- Work Planning: Process maintenance plans and plan/execute individual work steps using specific assembly procedures
- Tool Usage: Use manual tools, machines, and test equipment safely and appropriately
- Inspection: Perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of aircraft components
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a helicopter mechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical profession
- Several years of professional experience in mechanics, preferably in aviation
- Several years of experience in maintenance on the NH90 weapons system is desirable
- Knowledge of the Bundeswehr SASPF system and the IETD maintenance manual is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and solid English skills for working with technical documentation
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- Reliable and quality-conscious work ethic, teamwork skills, and temporal flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
