Tasks

• Planung von Arbeitspaketen und Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen
• Teamkoordination sowie fachliche Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden
• Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
• Vorbereitung und Moderation von Produktionsbesprechungen
• Monitoring von Lieferperformance, Risiken und Zielvorgaben
• Beanstandungs- und Maßnahmenmanagement bei internen Störungen
• Koordination von Restarbeiten im Endmontageprozess
• Erstellung von Reports und Mitwirkung in Projekten

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering or aerospace engineering
• Extensive experience in the aviation industry is strictly required
• Several years of professional experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering, aircraft production, pre-production planning, or operations
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft production processes
• Confident use of SAP and Google Workspace; experience with Skywise is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills (min. C1 level in both)
• Willingness to work on Saturdays when necessary
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
