In this role, you ensure that everything runs smoothly - from the first structural assembly to the handover to the end lines worldwide. As the central interface between production, quality and suppliers, you maintain an overview when it matters and drive improvements forward in a targeted manner. As Aircraft Manager Single Aisle, become part of the team at our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg, which recognizes challenges early on and designs solutions with vision!

The gross annual salary is between € 71,600 and a maximum of € 74,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.

Tasks

  • Monitoring and control of the production process from structural to equipment assembly - including handover to final assembly lines in Germany and abroad
  • Monitoring of critical work packages and issues, incl. in- and outflow control
  • Central interface between suppliers and internal customers
  • Recording and prioritization of complaints in the production process with subsequent solution finding in compliance with time and quality targets
  • Initiation and implementation of improvement measures, especially in the case of recurring quality or process deviations

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic with qualification as a technician or specialist
  • OR: completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, engineering or aerospace
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, supplier management, aerospace and manufacturing engineering
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Confident handling of SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English (min. C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory
