Responsibilities
- Point of contact for customer inquiries and coordination of communication between the customer and maintenance
- Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on aircraft in Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance
- Structured fault diagnosis and professional troubleshooting, including in AOG situations
- Technical leadership in day-to-day operations: prioritization, task allocation, and support in technical clarification cases
- Careful documentation of work performed and reporting of results in accordance with specifications
- Issuance of the required approvals/certifications within the scope of the CAT B1.1 authorization
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience as CAT B1.1 Certifying Staff in aircraft maintenance and repair
- Extensive experience in Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance
- English language skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
