Tasks
- Integration of components, cable harnesses, and attachments according to work orders, drawings, and procedures
- Assembly and testing of mechanical and electronic aerospace assemblies
- Documentation via SAP and handover to quality assurance
- Fault analysis and reworking in the event of deviations in accordance with repair orders
- Support for technical expertise and improvement initiatives
- Ensuring material completeness and tool selection
- Carrying out visual and functional tests before, during, and after integration
Qualifications
- Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, or comparable technical training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in aircraft construction and quality assurance, as well as experience in the integration of space equipment, is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge or certificates in ECSS or IPC manufacturing standards (soldering & crimping)
- Knowledge of the application of integration and testing procedures
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts and travel on business
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
