Tasks
- Manufacturing and assembly of riveted joints and structural assemblies in accordance with technical documentation and drawings
- Production of components in compliance with applicable aviation standards
- Preparation of the workstation: reviewing drawings, setting up components, and providing manufacturing tools
- Positioning and securing of components
- Assembly and documentation of structural assemblies
- Execution of surface protection measures, such as rivet head applications and sealing seam preservation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, carpenter or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production as well as in structural assembly
- Proficient German language skills (at least B2), basic English knowledge (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and overtime
- Quality-oriented and responsible working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely mandatory
