Responsibilities
- Repair work on aircraft structures, for example for skin damage
- Preparation of work processes: review orders and drawings, prepare components and workstations, and check and provide manufacturing equipment
- Positioning and fixing of components to ensure assembly
- Assembly and documentation of components and assemblies carried out independently
- Surface protection application, including rivet head application and sealing seam preservation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, vehicle body builder, or in a comparable metalworking trade
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and maintenance
- Experience in the assembly and repair of metal structures, ideally in an aviation environment
- Proficient German skills (at least B2)
- Basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-3 shift system
- Quality-oriented and responsible work ethic, teamwork skills, and focused, independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
