For our client Airbus Defence and Space, we are currently looking for an experienced AIT Project Manager Spacecraft Projects in Immenstaad to support spacecraft production. In this role, you will coordinate complex production schedules, analyze timelines, and ensure that projects run in a structured and efficient manner. Tasks
- Creation, maintenance and coordination of detailed AIT production schedules at project level
- Support of the AIT Manager and the PMO team in all planning activities
- Schedule analysis with a focus on critical paths, resource utilization and milestones
- Interface coordination with project stakeholders, the Master Production Scheduler and other relevant contacts
- Implementation of new integrated planning processes in alignment with local teams
- Simulation of planning scenarios to support decision-making processes
- Management of complex multidisciplinary task interdependencies and resource allocations
- Point of contact for planning-related matters within the AIT project environment
Qualifications
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering or aerospace engineering
- Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production as well as in production planning and control
- Experience in applying planning processes and tools in the defense and aerospace sector, specifically in spacecraft production
- Proficiency in managing complex and technical production schedules
- Advanced skills in MS Project and ideally experience with Unified Planning or Planisware
- Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
