Tasks

  • Executing AIT harness activities in space projects
  • Implementing requirement documents, integration and test plans
  • Independently performing measurements and tests using available equipment
  • Integrating and checking out test harnesses in satellite assemblies and structures
  • Close collaboration with European subcontractors and Airbus sites
  • Participation in international test campaigns within and outside Germany

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a technician or certified specialist (Fachwirt) in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or space electronics
  • Practical experience in harness manufacturing, including handling of tools and quality control processes
  • Confident use of electrical and mechanical measurement techniques
  • Knowledge of mechanical satellite integration and standard procedures in the aerospace sector is an advantage
  • Solid technical understanding of satellite and probe mechanisms and systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; experience with data acquisition and analysis software is a plus
  • German business fluent (min. C1), English proficient (min. B2)
  • Valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
