Responsibilities


  • Software Evaluation: Analyze demands from internal customers in engineering and production for their added value and strategically minimize the number of applications
  • Department Consultation: Support specialist departments in requirement clarification and solution finding
  • Project Management: Independently plan, coordinate, and steer IT projects such as the introduction of new applications
  • Project Control: Create project plans and coordinate all activities related to scope, resources, budget, timeline, and risks
  • Coordination & Quality Assurance: Coordinate with specialist departments, architects, IT security, and external partners and ensure compliance requirements
  • Communication & Documentation: Moderate meetings and workshops as well as handle reporting and stakeholder management
  • Incident Resolution: Independently and reliably analyze and resolve disruptions and error messages
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes and tool standards


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in leading IT projects, ideally in an enterprise environment
  • Very good knowledge of project management with the ability to independently steer projects from requirements gathering to go-live
  • Very good understanding of VDI infrastructures on a Citrix basis and good overall knowledge of IT infrastructures
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Strong communication skills, independent and structured way of working, and analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
