Tasks
- Preparation of the assembly by compiling the material and checking for completeness and errors
- Assembly of mechanical and electrical assemblies according to specifications and drawings
- Carrying out adjustment work to ensure the functionality of the assemblies
- Carrying out semi-automated measurements for quality control
- Documentation of the test results as part of quality assurance
- Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) to optimize processes
- Carrying out care and maintenance work on machines and work equipment
- Compliance with safety, quality and work specifications during the production process
Qualifications
- Completed technical training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the assembly of optical and/or mechanical devices required
- Sound knowledge in handling precision mechanical, electronic and optical assemblies is mandatory
- Experience in soldering, crimping and gluing work is required
- Confident and detailed handling of MS Office as well as application-safe expertise in SAP
- Fluent German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
