For our client Diehl Aviation Gilching GmbH, we are looking for an Assembly Worker New Production at the Dresden site. In a highly specialized production environment, you will assemble complex components for the aviation industry and contribute with your meticulousness and manual skills to the quality of modern aircraft interiors.

Responsibilities
- Assembly of parts, assemblies, and final products in pre-assembly and final assembly
- Functional testing of in-house and externally manufactured components and performing necessary adjustments
- Fault diagnosis and correction, as well as reporting of issues that cannot be resolved independently
- Documentation of all work performed and technical data
- Reporting by creating formalized reports
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Aircraft Systems, Precision Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the assembly of components or devices
- Experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing, production, and handling technical drawings
- Good PC skills
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- High level of manual dexterity, skill, and meticulousness
- Teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, initiative, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
