Responsibilities
- Reporting: Preparation and maintenance of internal and external reports, including annual financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analyses
- Corporate Law: Handling corporate law matters such as the preparation of shareholder meetings
- Operational Administration: Coordination of all operational processes of a real estate company, from rental invoices and dunning procedures to maintenance measures
- Contract Management: Active participation or leadership in lease negotiations, as well as drafting and preparing contract documents
- Space Management: Preparation and execution of space handovers, including all necessary documentation
- Decision Papers: Contributing to the creation of well-founded decision papers for corporate management
- Utility Cost Settlement: Independent preparation, processing, and critical review of utility cost statements
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration
- Many years of professional experience in real estate management or asset management
- Comprehensive knowledge in the real estate sector is mandatory
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Google Suite is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, team skills, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
