Tasks

  • Administrative support for the team and managers in day-to-day business
  • Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings, and business trips, including booking hotels and flights
  • Organization and maintenance of incoming mail and filing
  • Independent processing of recurring administrative procedures and travel expense reports
  • Supporting purchasing processes using internal company tools
  • Creating and checking invoices
  • Ensuring a structured flow of information within the team
  • General assistance and office organization

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant or administrative role desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1), good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
