Responsibilities
- Facility analysis and optimization as part of continuous improvement processes (CI/CR)
- Technology evaluation of new manufacturing technologies and their implementation up to series maturity
- Process design of automated production sequences considering equipment, tooling, and regulations
- Supervision of autonomous manufacturing structures, processes, and equipment across departments
- Procedure development and optimization of work standards and methods in the production of individual parts and assemblies
- Process coordination with internal interfaces such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, and Engineering
- Investment processes (CAPEX/OPEX) with accompanying equipment qualification
- Sustainable manufacturing by advancing processes in line with internal environmental goals
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Many years of experience in project management
- Experience in plant planning and commissioning
- Initial practical experience with Bentley MicroStation or comparable CAD systems is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork, communication skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
