Tasks

  • Technical management of the electrical operations organization and further development of its processes
  • Appointment and supervision of qualified electricians, responsible electrical personnel, and electrically instructed persons
  • Organization and monitoring of electrical work, including selection of suitable workers and supervisory personnel
  • Preparation of risk assessments for electrical activities in accordance with occupational safety legislation
  • Coordination of maintenance activities, including drafting of external service specifications, supplier selection and refurbishment planning
  • Coordination of external companies, including safety briefings, supervision, and preparation of risk assessments and work instructions
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as DIN standards, VOB regulations and workplace guidelines

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician with further qualification as a state-certified technician or technical specialist, or a university degree in electrical engineering
  • Long-standing professional experience in the field of electrical engineering / electronics
  • Initial leadership experience in comparable technical roles
  • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, VOB, workplace guidelines)
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
  • Business fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
