At Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as an Aviation Final Assembly Mechanic in the production of complex aircraft modules. You assemble unpainted and painted components as well as simple and complex assemblies into sophisticated modules – according to construction documents and with a systematic view of the production process.

Responsibilities


  • Preparation and assembly of simple and complex assemblies as well as components into sophisticated modules
  • Assembly of unpainted and painted components according to construction documents and production process
  • Complex assembly tasks plan and execute, with a systematic view of sequence and execution
  • Teamwork and mutual support in processing tasks
  • Communication formulate clearly and comprehensibly to ensure comprehensive information flow
  • Shift readiness for flexible working hours


Qualifications

  • Vocational training as boat builder, mechanic, metalworker/body builder, carpenter or in a comparable craft profession
  • Many years of professional experience in aerospace
  • Advanced application knowledge in MS-Office and zamiz
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Teamwork skills and communication strength
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
