For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for an Aviation Industry Carpenter at the Hamburg site. Here, you will manufacture custom furniture for VIP and special mission aircraft according to technical documentation – using high-quality materials such as real wood veneers and solid wood.

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and Maintenance of custom aircraft cabin furniture for VIP and special mission aircraft according to technical specifications
- High-Quality Carpentry Work using materials such as real wood veneers, solid wood, and sandwich composites, including documentation
- Process Compliance by performing all activities in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations
- Independent Decision-Making for the technically sound, timely, and cost-effective execution of work orders
- Responsibility for Equipment, ensuring the proper use and careful handling of machines and tools
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as a furniture carpenter
- Relevant professional experience as a furniture carpenter in high-quality interior fittings; experience in aviation is desirable
- Good knowledge of industry-specific regulations, accident prevention regulations, and environmental protection regulations
- Basic skills in the use of IT systems
- German language skills (spoken and written) required; English skills (at least A1) are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift model
- Independent working style, initiative, teamwork, high resilience, and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
