For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for a Aviation Industry Painter at the Hamburg site. In a highly specialized environment, you are responsible for the perfect surface treatment of CFRP, plastic, and metal components – where every detail counts.

Responsibilities
- Surface preparation: Perform filling and sanding work on CFRP, plastic, and metal components to create paintable surfaces
- Quality responsibility: Ensure timely processing and surface quality of cabin assembly groups
- Production control: Control and monitor production processes, including documentation according to manufacturing orders
- Material management: Manage materials, operating and consumable supplies, and monitor equipment and tool inventory
- Interface management: Adhere to and implement quality, cost, and schedule requirements from internal interfaces
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a painter and varnisher or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a painter, ideally as a vehicle or aircraft painter
- Experience in handling spray guns, mixing sticks, mixing cups, and in technical documentation
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and possibly on-call duty on weekends
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, structured and results-oriented way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
