Tasks

• Ensuring product quality through technical inspections during aircraft production
• Release of components for the production process including construction deviation management
• Processing of non-conformities, including deadline tracking, closure and fault rectification
• Technical instructions and supervision of authorised inspection personnel in quality assurance
• Training and induction of new authorised inspectors and acceptance of work samples
• Analysing and visualising quality problems with Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
• Carrying out trouble shooting for quick and sustainable troubleshooting
• Close cooperation with production and engineering to ensure quality standards

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, aircraft mechanic or comparable technical training with many years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, line side support, aerospace and quality assurance
• Experience in one of the areas - structure, equipment or electrics
• Basic knowledge of total quality management and civil aviation (CA) documentation
• In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
