For our client at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location, as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will maintain accurate configuration statuses in a demanding Airbus supplier environment—from reviewing incoming goods documents to maintaining records in Airbus SAP eCAIR. Responsibilities
- Verifying incoming goods documents for completeness and accuracy
- Monitoring configuration standards in accordance with customer specifications (Airbus)
- Data entry and maintenance in Airbus SAP eCAIR
- Reconciling and evaluating configuration changes against Airbus specifications and internal standards
- Updating documentation and systems following configuration changes, as well as archiving in accordance with aviation regulations
- Regular international communication with locations in France and the U.S.
- Collaboration with Materials Management, Manufacturing Engineers, Product Quality Engineering, and Digital Operations to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Experience in configuration control, quality, or technical documentation is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean Management or continuous improvement is a plus
- Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP is a plus
- Business-level German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
