Tasks

  • Conduct regulatory framework management in the IT application proX for aviation law and quality standards
  • Assign tasks from regulatory frameworks to the IQ MOVE processes and corresponding roles
  • Ensure the conformity of proX process representations with the assigned tasks
  • Advise the Lufthansa Technik Group on relevant international aviation regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Support the strategic development and optimization of existing regulatory framework processes

Qualifications

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or law with a focus on aviation law
  • Several years of experience in monitoring and interpreting legal and normative regulations, preferably in aviation law and quality management
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, EN 9100/9110 as well as aviation regulatory requirements
  • Solid general IT skills
  • Business fluent English skills (at least B2)
  • Leadership & communication: ability to lead teams, motivate others, strong and persuasive presence, clear verbal and written communication
  • Analytical thinking & resilience: ability to understand complex matters, set priorities, learn quickly, and perform well under pressure
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
