For Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are looking for a Aviation Supply Chain Specialist to start immediately. In this central role, you are responsible for the entire administrative order processing – from master data maintenance to invoicing – and serve as the central point of contact for the Airbus Supplier Portal.

Responsibilities
- Order processing independently from creation to invoicing via the ERP system
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system based on technical specifications
- Customer orders processed administratively via the Airbus Supplier Portal
- Invoice creation with verification of current sales prices and handover to accounting
- Price maintenance in the ERP system according to Program Manager specifications
- Revenue data prepared for financial accounting and reconciled with controlling
- Reporting supported monthly and evaluations created for program management
- Project support provided for cross-departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a completed degree in business administration/economics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in commercial administration, customer service, or sales
- Many years of experience in order processing
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (especially MM/SD modules)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
