Responsibilities
- Performing inspections as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on avionics and mission systems
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions in electrical and electronic aircraft systems
- Repairing, installing, modifying, and replacing avionics systems in accordance with maintenance documentation and aviation regulations
- Performing calibrations, functional, and performance tests on the ground, as well as assisting with system tests following maintenance procedures
- Approving work within the scope of the EASA Part-66 CAT B2 authorization, including maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Ensuring that replacement parts are inspected, approved, certified, and properly documented prior to installation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes related to maintenance, testing, and release
Qualifications
- Completed training as an avionics technician or aircraft electronics technician
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of avionics and electrical aircraft systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and systematic fault analysis of complex aircraft systems
- Business-fluent German (min. C1); advanced English (min. B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
- Note: EASA CAT B2 license is a plus (please clearly indicate this in your resume)
