Tasks

• Operating bridge cranes and gantry cranes to lift, transport and position heavy components within the production hall
• Ensuring proper load securing and strict compliance with all safety regulations during crane operations
• Carrying out daily visual inspections and minor maintenance work to ensure operational safety
• Coordinating with warehouse and production to ensure efficient material flow
• Documenting material movements as well as identifying and reporting damages
• Adhering to defined quality standards and processes in day-to-day operations
• Supporting general warehouse activities when required

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in an industrial or skilled trade profession
• Several years of experience as a crane operator, ideally with bridge and gantry cranes
• Valid crane operator licence/certificate, especially for bridge and gantry cranes
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP R/3 is an advantage
• Very good German skills (at least B2) and intermediate English skills (at least B1)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Physical resilience and ability to work at heights
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
