Responsibilities


  • Supplier Management: Control, quotation acquisition, technical clarification, and invoice verification
  • External Contractor Coordination including instruction, supervision, and creation of work instructions
  • Project Management for crane and elevator systems in cooperation with the Building & Construction department
  • Maintenance Planning and Controlling for the operation and supervision of facilities according to defined processes
  • Inspection and Maintenance Planning with scheduling, coordination, and supervision of execution by external contractors
  • Maintenance Service Provider Management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliveries
  • Expert Inspections: Commissioning, accompanying, and ordering of expert assessments
  • Audit Preparation and Participation within own area of responsibility and monitoring of defined KPIs


Qualifications

  • Completed master craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical systems, mechatronics, as well as maintenance and upkeep
  • Experience in supplier and contract management
  • Solid application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • On-call duty outside regular working hours (4 days every 3 weeks)
  • Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, as well as strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
