Responsibilities
- Technical supervision of the responsible logistics sites
- Concept development for the standardization of logistics KPIs, including their implementation and monitoring
- Data analysis to identify optimization potential in the supply chain
- Escalation management for customer support
- Documentation of errors and disruptions in the logistics process
- Project management in special projects with high demands on analytical competence
- Management presentations to communicate results
- Concept development and deriving recommendations for action based on data analyses
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain
- Good knowledge of logistics processes
- Proficient use of SAP (in-depth application knowledge) and solid IT skills in the area of materials management systems
- Advanced knowledge of Qlik Sense
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Experience in technical leadership of employees is desirable
- Resilience, reliability, and customer orientation
- Analytical thinking, teamwork, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
