Responsibilities
- Procurement Strategy: Develop tailored procurement strategies for all programs in close coordination with procurement, engineering, and program teams to secure production
- Tendering & Negotiation: Conduct tenders (RFI), prepare and lead negotiations, and manage contracts through to signature
- Contract Management: Manage contract templates, monitor execution, and prepare contract amendments
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with key partners in the aerospace industry
- Governance: Support procurement and program governance meetings as well as management meetings
- Competitiveness Analysis: Review competitiveness and participate in cross-functional teams, task forces, and risk assessments
- Network Development: Build and maintain extensive internal and external networks
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree (at least Bachelor's) or degree in Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and supplier management
- Initial experience in contract management
- Good knowledge of project management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
