For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a C++ Software Developer for Electronic Warfare Ground Support at the Ulm site. In a highly specialised environment, you will develop software solutions used for the programming and verification of electronic warfare systems – from requirements analysis to system integration.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2027. Responsibilities
- Software development in C++ and Qt: Design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software modules
- System maintenance and further development of an existing ground support system
- Database integration of C++ modules with a relational database management system
- Test automation through the creation and maintenance of test scripts
- Qualification tests: Preparation and active support
- Requirements analysis and participation in shaping customer requirements
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Practical programming experience in C++
- Experience with relational database management systems
- Knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Jira, CMake, and Jenkins
- Experience with agile development processes (e.g., Scrum)
- Knowledge of GUI programming with Qt
- German business fluent (at least C1); English proficient (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, good communication skills, and a high degree of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
