Responsibilities
- Order and Construction Documentation: Reading and cross-checking orders, construction documents, and regulations
- Material and Tool Preparation: Preparing tools, materials, and auxiliary devices for assembly
- Assembly and Installation: Assembling, positioning, and fastening components and parts in the aircraft cabin
- Electrical Installation: Connecting cables to sockets and terminating cables with connectors or ferrules
- Quality Documentation: Documenting all work as well as creating and reporting discrepancies
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, in electrical engineering/electronics, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in assembling parts or components, ideally in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of reading technical construction documents and regulations
- Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Independent and responsible way of working as well as a high awareness of quality
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
