For our customer Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for an experienced Aircraft Cabin Electrician at Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel as soon as possible. In this role, you will bring your technical skills and eye for detail to life, helping to shape the most luxurious cabin interiors in the aviation industry – directly on board. Tasks
- Installation of electrical components, including cable routing and connector assembly in exclusive VIP aircraft cabins
- Carrying out modifications and functional tests on high-end cabin electronics
- Coordinating technical decisions with work planners, engineers, and supervisors
- Flexible component handling, either on the aircraft or in the workshop – often working cross-functionally with mechanics, carpenters, upholsterers, and other trades
- Ensuring quality compliance with all applicable processes and client specifications
- Participating in internal qualification programs to ensure proper work execution and continuous development
Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical vocational training as an avionics technician, aviation electronics technician, electronics technician or similar (e.g. radio and television technician)
- Long-standing professional experience in base or line maintenance of aircraft
- Valid CAT B2 license, ideally for multiple common aircraft types
- English skills (at least B1) required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
